Are There Warranties on my Equipment?

If you are having any issues with the equipment that comes with either of the packages please let us know. Below are the warranty details for the machines:

Orbot Vibe:

All Orbot equipment has been carefully tested and inspected at the factory. Orbot machines are guaranteed for one year from the date of original purchase against defects or workmanship made during manufacture. Within the guarantee period, we undertake at our discretion, to repair or replace any part found to be defective, free of charge to the purchaser with subject to the following conditions:

Claims made under the terms of the guarantee must be supported by the original invoice issued at the time of sale along with the machine serial number.

For claims under this guarantee contact the supplier from whom you’ve purchased the product who will arrange the appropriate action. Do not initially return the product as this could lead to transit damage.

Neither Orbot nor its distributors will be held responsible for any incidental or consequential loss.

This guarantee does not cover:

Periodic maintenance, repair, or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.Damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect, fire, or the fitting of other than genuine Orbot parts.Defects in other than genuine Orbot parts, or repairs, modifications or adjustments made by other than a Orbot service engineer or authorized service dealer.Costs and risks of transport relating directly or indirectly to the guarantee of this product.Consumable items such as brushes, drivers, velcro discs, gliders, pads, and so forth.Orbot has a policy of continual product development and we reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice.


1-year Warranty


Your Nautilus 1200 PSI is designed to give you years of reliable service. If a problem should arise use the troubleshooting section in the operation manual to diagnose and correct the problem if possible.If you are unable to determine the cause or solution to the problem contact your distributor or Hydro-Force for assistance.Hydro-Force warrants the roto-molded tanks and base of the Nautilus MX3-1200 to be free from defects immaterial or workmanship for five years from the date of purchase.All other components of the Nautilus MX3-1200 are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.During the warranty period, Hydro-Force will, at its option, repair or replace components which prove to be defective. This warranty does not provide for replacement of complete units due to defective components.Any costs for transportation or related service labor are not covered in this warranty. Replacement parts are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.This warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from improper operation, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modification, chemical incompatibility, misuse, abuse or exposure to freezing temperature conditions. It does not cover normal wear items such as o-rings, valve seals, pump seals, hoses, jets, cords, batteries, or other items which require replacement as a result of ordinary usage.To obtain warranty service for the Nautilus MX3-1200, contact your distributor or Hydro-Force. If the extractor must be returned to Hydro-Force or an authorized service center, the purchaser shall pay charges for products returned for warranty service. No returned items will be accepted by HydroForce without prior authorization. All returns must have a return authorization number, issued by HydroForce, clearly marked on the exterior of the package.Hydro-Force makes no other warranty either expressed or implied with respect to this product.The remedies provided herein are the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedies. In no event shall Hydro-Force be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
