    Yes, we take orders over the phone. In most cases, it’s for larger custom orders.

  • Do you offer pallet or other volume discounts?

    For many products, you receive upwards of 20-30% on chemicals when you buy in volume. The products often have the volume discounts listed on the product itself and will automatically be applied when added to cart.
  • Do You Ship Outside the USA?

    We do ship outside the USA for some items. All plugs on equipment are Americanized, so the equipment may not work based on where you live.
  • How are orders shipped?

    Orders are broken down based on 1 & 2, 3-4 package sizes for chemicals. If the shipment has 1-2 full chemicals, it will ship via USPS Priority and for domestic, it will be received in 2-3 days. For all other and larger shipments, we choose UPS, which may take up to 7 days for shipment.

  • What days do you ship on?

    We ship most weekdays but are subject to the shipping days of our couriers’ availability. For USPS, all government and bank holidays are not shipped through USPS those days. For UPS, most major holidays, we will not ship or UPS will not deliver.
  • What days is TMF off on throughout the year?

    Our online store is always available for ordering. However, there are some major holidays we may not ship your product(s) until the next business day.

    Our shipping department ships order from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm est. Any orders after 4:30 pm will be shipped the following morning. Any out of stock items will be shipped when they are back in stock. For stock inquiries, feel free to email us.
